Check what your AI agents actually changed. AI agent safety for databases and health records: rules decide each tool call, a check compares what really changed with what the agent reported, and each action is sealed as a signed record anyone can check offline. Run npx deedglass and a simple local app opens in your browser. Apache-2.0 core.
