vayl

The reconciling memory layer for AI agents (MCP). When a fact changes, such as a patient's medication or a customer's account status, the old value is retired and kept in history. High-stakes changes wait for human approval, and every change is on a signed audit trail. Works with Claude Code, Cursor and any MCP client.
