Overview

DevSpace is a self-hosted MCP server that gives ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP-capable clients a secure connection to your real local projects. Within approved project folders, the AI can read, edit, and search code, run shell commands for tests, builds, and git, and use isolated Git worktrees for parallel coding sessions. Everything runs locally without uploading files to third parties, and connections are approved with an Owner password only you hold.
