Overview
Custom AI Agent (formerly Burp AI Agent) is a Burp Suite extension that brings AI into security testing workflows. It supports 12 AI backends including Burp AI, Anthropic, Ollama and LM Studio, and lets external MCP clients such as Claude Desktop drive Burp. Built-in passive and active AI scanners cover 62 vulnerability classes across injection, auth and crypto, with privacy mode, scoped MCP access and tool-call confirmation controls.
