MCP server for Ragionex Memory: long-term memory for AI coding agents. Agents save what matters on their own, keep it up to date and recall it in every new session. Vaults keep projects apart and share memory with your team. One command sets up Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode; any MCP client can connect.
