Overview
nanobot is an ultra-lightweight, open-source, self-hosted personal AI agent framework in Python. Use it in a browser WebUI, terminal, or chat apps such as Telegram, Discord, Slack, and WeChat. Built-in file tools read PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files; it remembers preferences and long-term memory and schedules tasks. It supports MCP integrations, multi-agent delegation, long-horizon goals, OpenAI-compatible or local models, plus a Python SDK and OpenAI-compatible API.
