Level ALocal

An AWS Labs Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for AWS AppSync Service capabilities

Overview

The AWS AppSync MCP Server lets AI assistants manage AppSync backend APIs through natural language, supporting creation of GraphQL APIs, data sources, resolvers, functions, API keys, caching, channel namespaces, and custom domain names, plus schema management. It runs in read-only mode by default, requiring explicit write permission to modify resources, which suits security-sensitive environments.
