pennywise-mcp

Pennywise as an MCP server: an RL-trained open decision model (Laya) that routes each request to the right model tier. Add it to Alan (custom connector → Command) or any MCP client with `npx -y pennywise-mcp`; on Windows use `cmd /c npx -y pennywise-mcp`.
